The water looked so cold. As I walked closer to the edge of the diving board it started to bend and I started to slip. “NOOOOOOOOOO IT’S TO COLD!!!!” I scream. “I’m not ready to die. I see the light!” The board keeps pointed down and I keep slipping. My tiny frame was shaking. ”HELP I’M FAWING SOMEONE SAVE ME”. No body comes. I’m all alone and I’m going to die. I will fall down into the depths of the water and be gone. I’ll meet the same fate as my father and mother. “NOOOO I’M GOING TO BE BACON!!!!!!!” it was the end for me. I couldn’t hold on any longer. It was time to let go. I slid to the end of the board and tipped right over the edge. “GOODBYE CRUEL WORLD”! The water surrounded me. I was bacon. I can here “poor little porker. He didn’t even have a chance.” And then I go under. All of a sudden I reach the surface. ” I CAN BREATHE!” I scream. I get out of the pool, shake myself off and say “Lets do it again”.

I love listening to music and finding new music to listen to. When I write a post about music I want to find out what your listening to so I decided to make a survey about music! Today we had an Assembly in for all of the intermediate classes (4-7). The Mark R Isfeld (the high school that is right next to our school) band came to our school to introduce us tot he different instruments that we would get to play in grade 8 when we get to high school. Our teacher Ms.Smith was called up and the guys in the mark isfeld choir sang to her (my girl). It was really funny but they sang really well. When we got back to class Ms.Smith told us we were going to write a post about what instrument we want to play when you get to high school.
I would like to play either the drums, the clarinet or the electric guitar. I think that the intrument I want to play the most of those three would be the clarinet because its such a beautiful instrument and it can really play a melody. Another reason I want to play the clarinet is because my sister used to play the clarinet when she was in high school and me and my sister are pretty close becasue we don’t get to see each other alot and we still have the one she used to use. When I get to high school its going to be so much fun to get to play in the band and take differant electives.
Saturday Febuary 14th Valentines Day 2009!!
Every year Febuary 14th People all over the world celebrate love. The History of Valentines Day is unclear as there are about 3 or 4 differant things that could have happened. The one that I learned was St. Valentine was put into jail and on the day of his exicusion (feb. 14th) the children made little cards and gave them to St. Valentine through the bars on his cell. The history may not be clear but the meaning of Valentines Day now is very clear.
We use Valentines Day to celebrate the ones we love and how much we love them. We are given a chance on this one day to do something truly special for that one in your heart or to celebrate with family and friends. On this day its all about how much you care.
This year my parents went on vacation for two weeks and part of that two weeks was Valentines day so I didn’t get to spend the day with them. This year My Best Friend Inanna Invited me to her birthday which was on Valentines Day! I got to spend the day with a people that are very close to me and are almost family. I had lots of fun and I really enjoyed Valentines Day.

Have you ever been in an elevator with nothing to do and the elevator music is driving you insane? well I have and I have now developed a strategic plan. Annoy every one around you. Here are some idea’s on how to annoy them.
- Move into the corner and stick your nose in it and then meow on occasion.
- Bring a bag of some sort and leave the zipper open a little. Every few minutes reach down and look in the bag and say “Do you have enough air?”
- When the elevator starts moving say (really loud) “I have new socks on!”
- Say “Welcome aboard!” every time someone new gets on.
- Make car noises.
- Say “DING!” on every floor.
- Press every single button.
- If someone is on the phone start to ask them questions like “do you know where I put my pants?”

So its a new year but, is it going to be a better year?
Many things happened last year. Some good, some bad. One good thing that happened was the first black president was elected. One bad thing the war in Iraqis still raging, but what about the environment? What happened to it through all of this?
I am very interested in the environmental things that are going on. I want to find a way to help my community. I would like to make a group of kids that work around the community to help clean up garbage that has been just thrown on the ground and also recycle. At my school we have a recycling program and I am part of it and the year before I was part of the compost club.
My resolution is to work harder on making my community cleaner and more environmentally healthy. If you want to do your part in your community then find a group of friends and work together to pick up garbage in your community. Ask your princeble if you can start a recycling program and work as a team to keep it going.
